Our team loves CrossFit and they want to help you with your CrossFit journey no matter your fitness level, making sure you feel welcome right from the start.
We have over 200 members of all ages and fitness levels. We focus on the community element in all that we do and no workout is complete until a round of class hi-5's!

With classes ranging from CrossFit through to gymnastics and weight lifting, you will always be able to learn and develop, no training day is the same.
We have a fantastic training facility and huge range of equipment, we provide over 200 fully coached classes a month led by CrossFit qualified coaches.

We focus on 'fitness for life' and everything about what we do reflects this – from nutrition, training and our focus on mental well being to our programming, facility, quality equipment, our experienced coaching team and even our coffee are all a result of our focus to provide the best part of your day, every time you step through our doors.

1. TOUR & CHAT OR FREE TASTER CLASS
Come down, meet one of our team, see the facility, ask questions, learn a little bit about what we do here, and find out how to get started!
ORJoin us for a FREE taster class

2. CFL FOUNDATIONS
A prerequisite to join us, there are two options.
One to One, this includes 4 x 1:1 Coached 1 hour sessions teaching you the foundations of CrossFit movements
OR
Small Group, this is completed in 3 × 1 hour sessions which run over a week teaching you the foundations of CrossFit movements
*previous CrossFit experience requires movement assessment.

After Foundations, if you decide CFL is the place for you, you can become a member and part of our amazing community at CFL!
