Aerial Hoop Workshop

Based on the success of our previous aerial hoop workshops we are pleased to announce that we will be holding our next workshop very soon.

The workshop is open to ALL LEVELS OF ABILITY & will be a good chance to test your fitness in a different capacity.

Benefits of Aerial Hoop:

  • Increases flexibility.
  • Improves joint mobility.
  • Increases upper body strength.
  • Builds endurance.
