CFL Lifestyle Reset programme is a 6 week nutrition and lifestyle programme focussing on all areas of your lifestyle, from exercise and nutrition to your recovery, sleep and day to day routines.

Our Team works with you to set realistic and achievable long term goals and create long lasting habits that you can keep as part of your future 'lifestyle'.

Weekly 1:1 catch ups to discuss progress and set achievable weekly goals, helping you to form those healthy habits

Weekly inBody's (body composition tool) to see the data of all your hard work

Support from a fab team who all follow the programme and know the importance of keeping things normal and realistic!

Each week we will discuss any barriers that have or might come up and strategies to tackle them. This is not about quick fixes but focuses on sustainable lifestyle changes specific to you.
