CFL Lifestyle Reset
CFL Lifestyle RESET is a 6 week nutrition and lifestyle programme available to members and non-members.
Focussing on all areas of lifestyle from exercise and nutrition to recovery and sleep, working with you to set realistic and achievable goals.
Non-members £170 for 6 x 1:1 sessions over 6 weeks including weekly InBody assessments and nutrition and lifestyle support and guidance.

Personal Training
Whether you are new to CrossFit or a long standing member, our Team offers 1:1 training to help you achieve new skills or develop those existing ones!
Not a member but want to improve your fitness or maybe learn a new skill? No problem! We offer PT sessions to Non-members for £200 for 5 x 1:1 sessions.

CFL Coffee
Refuel and restock at our inhouse coffee shop!
We have a range of training ready snacks from NOCCO to Hench Fuel and some pretty good coffee as well!
Open weekends and Friday AM's.

After training 5 times weekly for 3 years at CFL, I wanted to review my overall approach to make sure that I was getting the best out of all the hours of training. After walking out of CrossFit Leyland after my first taster session with my friend, saying to each other ‘I want to be part of this so bad’ and we’ve never looked back. All the coaches were incredibly knowledgeable, super friendly, and I couldn’t get over how everyone I walked past said ‘hello’! As a single parent CFL meant that I could bring Eiva with me and know that she was safe in the children's area, and that I wasn’t relying on family or friends to watch her so that I could get to the gym. It meant that I could have something for myself without feeling guilty, and my daughter gets to be around positive role models in the fitness industry. CFL has allowed me to meet some fantastic people and make some incredible friends as well as teaching me some really cool stuff!!! It’s made me feel better on a rubbish day and even better on a great day.
