"I’ve been training at CFL now for nearly three and a half years and it has transformed my fitness levels. Crossfit is so varied that you never get bored with it and the workouts and movements are continual challenge. I have trained all my life in varying ways - running, bodybuilding routines, bodyweight exercises - but Crossfit has made me stronger, more flexible and given me more endurance and stamina than ever before at the age of 51."
-
"The level of coaching is very high and the facilities and equipment first-class. The coaches get to know you and your strengths as well areas for development. They support you to train hard but always safely and encourage you to push through your limits (usually self-imposed) by giving you the skills and the confidence you need."
-
"Taking up Crossfit is the best decision I ever made about training and thoroughly recommend CFL as a friendly and supportive environment where you can push yourself to become a better athlete."
-
"The atmosphere within the gym (or ‘box’) is very friendly and inclusive. There really are no egos and that is down to the humility, respect and community spirit that the coaches foster."

"After walking out of CrossFit Leyland after my first taster session with my friend, saying to each other ‘I want to be part of this so bad’ and we’ve never looked back. All the coaches were incredibly knowledgeable, super friendly, and I couldn’t get over how everyone I walked past said ‘hello’! As a single parent CFL meant that I could bring Eiva with me and know that she was safe in the children's area, and that I wasn’t relying on family or friends to watch her so that I could get to the gym. It meant that I could have something for myself without feeling guilty, and my daughter gets to be around positive role models in the fitness industry. CFL has allowed me to meet some fantastic people and make some incredible friends as well as teaching me some really cool stuff!!! It’s made me feel better on a rubbish day and even better on a great day."
