Types of classes at CFL

  • A constantly varied functional fitness class, scaleable for all abilities Delivered in a fully coached and supportive environment, working different components of fitness each session.

  • Our lifting classes provide the opportunity to work on the Olympic lifts, the clean & jerk and the snatch with coaching focussing on improving technique. We run both beginner and intermediate lifting classes.

  • A great opportunity to spend time improving strength and positioning in body weight movements. This class focuses on developing quality of movement and is scaleable to all abilities

  • Work on your cardiovascular fitness with our longer duration endurance classes. No matter what your fitness level you will benefit from this class!

  • An opportunity to take part in CrossFit at a steady pace working on functional movements designed to improve quality of life. This class is a lot of fun and will see benefits in areas such as balance, coordination, strength and cardiovascular fitness.

  • A great class for teens aged 11+ to work on functional movements in a positive, energetic environment with other like minded teens.
