Jo - Precision Nutrition qualified, co-runs the CFL Workplace Wellbeing programme
Gary - Cardiac rehab and GP referral qualified, delivers the CFL Workplace Wellbeing programme
Elyna - Personal training, sports therapy, delivers the CFL Workplace Wellbeing programme
What do we offer you?
From businesses big to small, CFL can provide a great option to contribute towards your employee wellbeing programme.
We offer wellness packages that can add an extra dimension to your team, great for team building, especially in this remote day and age!
A CFL wellness employee package is 2 hours and includes:
30 minute private group exercise session (all abilities)
10 minute core work session (all abilities)
Coffee or a protein shake
30 minute private group stretching / relaxation session (all abilities)
Minimum 6 people, maximum capacity is 14 people.
Our pricing
6-8 people = £65 per person
8-10 people = £55 per person
10-14 people = £45 per person
